Agreement to Terms

Service Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes we provide are valid for 30 days from the date given. Prices may change after this period due to material costs or project scope changes.

Your final invoice may differ from the initial estimate if we discover additional repairs or issues during the project. We'll always inform you of any changes before proceeding with extra work.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment schedules for larger projects will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by California law.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Labor warranties vary by service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed through to you.

Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but don't cover damage from severe weather, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. We'll clearly explain what's covered when we complete your project.

Scheduling and Delays

We do our best to stick to agreed-upon schedules, but weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen issues can affect timing. We'll keep you informed of any changes to your project timeline.

You're responsible for providing clear access to your property and ensuring pets and valuables are secured on work days. If we can't access the work area as scheduled, we may need to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Liability and Insurance

MPF Monterey Park Roofing carries appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We're not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property areas unless caused by our negligence.

You're responsible for filing claims with your homeowners insurance for covered damage. We're happy to work with your insurance company and provide necessary documentation.

Permits and Regulations

When required, we'll obtain necessary permits for your roofing project. Permit costs are typically included in your estimate or billed separately as agreed.

All work complies with local building codes and regulations in Monterey Park and surrounding areas. Final inspections will be scheduled as required by local authorities.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We're committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be addressed through direct communication.

Any disputes that can't be resolved directly will be handled according to California law, with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
